Small and Medium prints have a 1” white border.
Large and X-Large prints have a 2” white border.

Shipping
What are your delivery times?
- For the Open unsigned edition Prints.
UK and EU prints are usually shipped within 3 working days of purchase.
US and AUS prints are usually shipped within 5-7 working days of purchase.
- For the Signed Limited Edition Prints.
Giclée prints are usually shipped within 5-7 working days of purchase.
Please expect your print to arrive anywhere between 1– 3 weeks.
Orders should usually arrive in 1-3 weeks but on occasion can take up to 28 days.

Where do you ship from?
We print globally and choose the best print facility based on your location.
Our print facilities are based in the UK,US and EU.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes we are able to ship all prints internationally.
My Order
How can I cancel my order?
Please be mindful of our 24-hour window for cancelling or altering a purchase. As all pieces are custom printed specifically for you, we cannot make any changes after the printing process has begun.
How do I return my print?
Each piece is custom printed, just for you so we are unable to accept returns.
My print arrived damaged. What should I do?
On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to hello@paulfuentesdesign.com so we can help.
Artwork
Are any of your prints signed and numbered?
We offer two types of prints:
- Open editions: unsigned.
- Signed Limited Edition Limited edition of 80, the artwork comes hand-signed and numbered. Printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Satin 310®.
Available in two different sizes.
Do you offer framing?
Prints come without frame.
But we can help and customize a framed artwork for you if you are based in the UK or US.
What type of paper do you use?
White cotton artist’s paper, ultra-smooth and silky 100% cotton, acid and lignin-free.
What are the dimensions of the border around the image?
Open editions.
X-Small and Small prints have a 1” white border.
Medium and Large prints have a 2” white border.
X-Large prints have a 3” white border.
Signed Limited Editions.
Both sizes (Small & Large) include a 2.75" Inch (7 cm) white border all around.
Other
Can I purchase a hi-res image to print myself or print onto a canvas?
We do not license our images for others to print.
Do you collaborate with other brands/people?

Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes, we can help with custom sizing of the Open Edition prints. Please email hello@paulfuentesdesign.com with the image & size requested for more details. We do not license our images for other parties to print.
